HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Schedule a 15 minute Discovery Phone Call.
After the call Pay the 50% retainer to secure your place on our schedule.
If you are also requesting paint color selections book a Color Consultation or need accessories book a Refresh Service as well.
Go to the E-Design tab and fill out our Color and Style questionnaire or our more detailed questionnaire sent by us. We will also submit a proposal letter to you with additional details for you to sign and return.
STEP 2
Take photos of your room at different angles.
Take pictures of any items that you currently own that are to be incorporated into the new design.
Also note the measurements (Length x width x height). Download our floor plan measuring form and sketch your room dimensions. Locate features such as doors, fireplace, windows, radiators, outlets etc.
Email all documents to info@yldesignz.com at least 48 hours before our scheduled call.

STEP 3
Once we receive your signed proposal letter and retainer we will start on your project.
We will have a 30 minute phone consultation to discuss your project and questionnaire.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks and you will be notified to submit your final payment and we will confirm your 30 minute presentation meeting via zoom to present the completed design to you and answer any questions you may have. Finally, sit back and wait for your custom design to arrive in your email inbox ready for your execution.

Each design package includes the design of one room with a maximum square footage of 300 sq. ft. Combination rooms such as living/dining will be included as one room if under 200 sq. ft.

E-Design packages Do Not include design of custom drapery, custom millwork, custom furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms, Hardwired decorative fixtures can be selected but a lighting plan will not be provided. Items will be sourced mainly from trade only vendors and at times retail vendors that can all be purchased online.
